Program and Project Management

Acquisition Support Services [Contracting and Procurement]
Computech provide acquisition and procurement support to DoD and other Government Agencies. Computech has a corps of DAWIA Certified Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 procurement and acquisition experts with a broad understanding of the process and a level of experience who are capable of proving the best available and innovative services and/or products. The Computech team of analysts is knowledgeable in all facets of the acquisition process, including business and risk analysis, requirements definition, solicitation preparation, evaluation, award, administration, and closeout activities. Computech team provide all services in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), Army FAR Supplement (AFARS), and other required acquisition laws, policies, and regulations.
Logistics Support
The term Logistics means having the right thing, at the right place, at the right time. Computech can provide Logistics support in a variety of ways.
- Provide a business planning framework for the management of material, service, complex information and capital flows.
- Provide support in the planning and execution the movement and maintenance of forces including the design and development, acquisition, storage, movement, distribution, maintenance, evacuation and disposition of material; movement, evacuation, and hospitalization of personnel; acquisition of construction, maintenance, operation and disposition of facilities; and acquisition of furnishing of services.
- Provide support in planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient, effective flow and storage of goods, services, and related information from point of origin to point of consumption for the purpose of conforming to customer requirements including inbound, outbound, internal, and external movements, and return of materials.
Security, Surveillance, Intelligence Analysis
Computech can provide Intelligence services through information gathering for purposes of national security and defense. Computech means of information gathering may involve espionage, communication interception, cryptanalysis, cooperation with other institutions, and evaluation of public sources. Computech will assemble and propagate this information during the intelligence analysis process
Intelligence agencies provide various services to support Intelligence Analysis and Recommendations. Computech will:
- provide analysis in areas relevant to national security;
- give early warning of impending crises;
- serve national and international crisis management by helping to discern the intentions of current or potential opponents;
- inform national defense planning and military operations;
- protect secrets, both of their own sources and activities, and those of other state agencies; and

Warehouse/Consolidated Receiving Point (CRP) Operation and Logistics Solution
Central Warehousing plays a significant role in efficiently managing the supply chain—from manufacturer to recipients globally. Consolidation of mission critical, time sensitive and secure/classified commodities into combined shipments to appropriate customer presents unique challenges, especially when commodities arrive from various points of manufacture within a single firm or from several firms. Computech and its partners can provide this Central warehousing solution. Computech and its partners can perform the four basic functions performed by a Central Warehouse are
1) Receiving goods; 2) Checking, Classifying and Storing goods until they are needed; (3) Picking and Packing; and (4) Shipping goods to the appropriate destination. In addition to these basic functions, customized support—such as bundling consumable supplies and specialized handling will be required with certain commodities.
Critical Success Factors for our WCS Solution are:
- Computech will position the Central Warehouse strategically reducing pipeline length, allowing time for consolidation of commodities from multiple manufacturers
- Computech partners are licensed, experienced in warehousing and transportation of special materials and related commodities. They team will understand specific shipping and storage requirements of each commodity including classified materials. There will be tight coordination among funders, manufacturers, governments, and program managers
- The Central Warehouse can undertake necessary bundling activities and consolidation for complete and on-time shipments, ensuring the right quantities, at the right time, in the right place. This consolidation will greatly reduce shipping costs. The team will monitoring products to ensure that certain time-sensitive commodity reach their destination within the required timeframe meeting recipient requirements.
- Computech and its partners will provide close oversight of warehouse security, proper management of a warehouse facility and secure storage practices to protect against theft, fire, flooding, terrorism, vandalism, and arson. Security is an issue at the storage facility, during shipping, and at the port of destination.
- Our Central Warehouse will be well-equipped and can adjust to different commodities and changing field needs. Even given the short shelf life of many products, a canceled shipment does not necessarily mean product will be lost—it can be safely stored and shipped to another recipient. Conversely, if an emergency shipment is needed, the central warehouse may be able to fill the order from inventory, without waiting for new products to arrive.
- Our Central Warehouse solution will be fully aligned to Client requirements and will use State-of the art warehousing technology such as computerization, automatic identification media, bar code systems, and paperless communications systems. The identification media system allows real-time awareness of the location, quantity, product origin, and warehouse destination. Fully mechanization systems, such as storage/racking and picking/packing will enhance efficiency, improve performance, and cut overall warehouse cost.
- Computech will keep the Central Warehouse design/certification, location, labor charges, operating expenses, and inventory carrying costs to a minimum still ensuring quality and optimal performance.
- Computech and its partners will utilize a well-trained staff (cleared as required) and appropriate workforce size to ensure a productive work environment. This well-trained and experienced freight forwarding staff can work efficiently, packing goods and coordinating with air and shipping lines, for careful and efficient transport to recipients worldwide.
Linguist (Translation and Interpretation)
Computech Defense Language Proficient (DLPT), Certified and Cleared Linguist experts perform a variety of language-related services including interpreting, translating and transcription. The linguist experts will:
- Translate English source documents into other languages, while preserving original English text and connotation.
- Select Culture-dependent meanings and verbiage adaptations for the English source.
- Conduct editorial review of translated manuals to ensure that original English source is represented correctly in Native language versions.
- Support in the development in translating files, text, database and properties to Native language. Reviewing (Native GUI, error / help messages, dialog boxes, system functionality, system integration, and server/desktop adaptation
- Support the DOD and Intelligence Agencies’ missions as Cryptologic Linguist and Intelligence Analyst transcribing, translating, analyzing and reporting foreign language material; Perform SIGINT collection and analysis; Compose finished reports on foreign intelligence tailored for senior U.S. government customers using both open and classified sources
Finance, Budget and Accounting
Computech team of experts will provide support financial management, budget and accounting activities. The consultants participate in a wide range of activities involving the use and safeguarding of the Agency’s financial resources, including their acquisition, authority to obligate and liquidate obligations, internal allocation (use to purchase goods and services), and the recording and reporting of these uses.

Computech team will support organization/programs on budget formulation involving preparation of detailed analyses of annual and/or multi-year budget estimates, execute and administer budget including monitoring of obligations incurred and the actual expenditures of a budget with different sources and types of funding.
