Quality Assurance

Computech follows Process Quality Measurement Improvement (PQMI) methodology and guidelines and implements a Total Quality Management System (TQM) that is fully compliant with industry standards. As part of the ongoing improvement of its TQM, Computech emphasizes the importance of understanding and meeting customer requirements; the need to consider processes for added value; and continual improvement of processes based on objective measurement.
The Plan–Do–Check–Act cycle shown below is a four-step model for ensuring continuous quality and change. Just as a circle has no end, the PDCA cycle should be repeated again and again for continuous improvement. This quality system ensures continuous improvement of Computech effectiveness in the operation and its ability to satisfy customer needs and requirements.
